Event Submission Guidelines

All Events are subject to approval by the willmar.com staff. Please allow up to 4 working days for your event to appear on the calendar.
Ensure to put the name of the sponsoring organization in the "Sponsoring Organization" field and do not include this in the title.
When entering the "Event Description" be as descriptive as possible, there are no limits as to the amount of text you can include in this field.
Special Instructions or Information that you would like to emphasize should be included in the "Specail Instructions" field.
Maps and Driving Directions will only function if you provide the Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code information for the Event Location.
